Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are looking for a surrogate because I am unable to maintain a pregnancy. I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome making it extremely difficult to get pregnant and carry a child. We had one miscarriage 6 years ago and have been unable to get pregnant since then. We would really love to have another child, but due to our age we are running short of time to continue trying for me to carry a child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a middle class family of three. My husband and I are both 35 and we have my 9 year old stepdaughter about 50% of the time. We both work full time jobs and farm on the side. We are a quirky and fun family. We love being outside, and doing things together. We have lots of love to give and a large family who would be thrilled to welcome another member.
