Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We’re both incredibly excited to start a family. We have three nephews (5,2 and almost 1) and one niece (3) who we have been spoiling for too long and it’s time to start a family of our own. In terms of our lifestyle and living situation we are more than ready to start our family. And we have lots of support around us (my parents, and both my brothers are within a 10 minute walk and will be there for advice and support).

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have been together for 9 years, married for just over one. Lewis is a deputy head teacher and I work in marketing. We love getting out in the country side, travelling and DIY projects. We live in a lovely village, with my parents, brothers and their children (two each) in the same village. We’ve wanted to start the journey to having a family for a while. But it now feels like the perfect time

Thank you so much for even considering helping to create a family. We really believe that we are in an ideal situation to begin our family. And would be so appreciative of the role that you will play in helping us to have our first child. We have an idea of our preferences, but are more than willing to be flexible to ensure that you’re completely comfortable with all decisions. If we end up on this journey together, thank you so much. I can’t put into words how much it will mean to us.
