Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have decided to have 3 more children but by us getting my tubes tied 3 years ago I am not able to have them naturally anymore and don't want the reverse surgery. We would love for someone who is healthy to carry our babies for us. Someone maybe who doesn't want children but would love to carry our babies for us or maybe it is your first time. We welcome you.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am easy going,lovable,caring,and trusting unless given a reason not to. I had a tubal ligation 3 years ago because I thought I was done with having children but I am willing to have three more by a surrogate who is willing and healthy enough to do so. Someone maybe who has never had a baby before or may have but has had great pregnancies.
