Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have 2 grown sons from a previous marriage. I re-married and we have a son together but we have always wanted another child for over 10 years and actively pursued this dream to no avail. My husband is 45 years old and I am 52 years old but I can no longer carry my child. My greatest dream is to have another child for my husband even if it is not my egg. At few years ago I could have carried my pregnancy with an egg donor but we were not prepared financially. Today we still have the same dream and hope we can find a beautiful soul that will want to have this journey with us.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a caring woman who has experienced motherhood and feel prepared to have one last child. I am thoughtful, hard working, and open minded. I love education, and love to teach others. I take my job seriously as a mom. I am a loyal person and grateful.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

I cannot say that I do not know what it means to be a mother because I have 3 beautiful sons. But, I ache deeply because my husband and I always wanted to at least have one more child. I ache for my husband because this has always been his dream, and for years we have done everything to accomplish this dream. It is truly a painful and hopeless feeling. We still hope to make this dream come true if we can find a beautiful soul that is willing to give the gift of life to our family unit. We will forever be full of gratitude and happiness.
