Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I myself have a 8 year old daughter & 18 month old son.... After my daughter it took many years to get pregnant then I did & had a miscarriage doctors felt i could not concieve again & the chances where very unlikely then a year later after trying again I got pregnant with my son & had complications during his pregnancy but he turned out very healthy & a perfect little boy.... from all the stress & years of trying I decided to have my tubes cut because I didn't want to go through having another miscarriage or the stress of trying then losing hope again. My husband doesn't have any children of his own but he's raising these 2 as his own. & I really want to be able to give him a baby that's actually apart of him.

I'm almost 27 years old & my husband is almost 29, we both have great jobs, im a certified nursing assistant & he is a mechanic.
