About Us
My name is Jordan and I am a surrogate outreach and coordination manager with OneWorld Generations Surrogacy. My job starts with recruiting and educating potential surrogates about the process and surrogacy industry. Once their full application is submitted, I collect medical records and work to make sure they are received in a timely manner. Once medical records are collected, I work on making their profile perfect for publishing for matching. When we set a match meeting, I work with each surrogate to help them better understand what to expect during the meeting to help make them comfortable with the process.I often times call each surrogate a few minutes before their meeting to help ease their nerves. I attend each match meeting as either the host or support for the surrogate. Once they are matched, they are assigned to their coordinator but I let them know I am always available for support or if they have any questions.
