My role in surrogacy is as an independent seeking to match surrogates with clients from all over the world. I am not associated with any recruiting agency. I work closely with an independent colleague to match surrogates with like-minded intended parents. We work on a case-by-case basis with doctors who refer clients to us and provide a very individualized approach to accomplishing a surrogacy arrangement. Our approach goes beyond simply matching candidates. We work with all parties to ensure that proper health, life and disability policies are in place for surrogates, contracts reflect the best interest of all parties as well as appropriate financial and estate planning for intended parents. These elements enhance and protect the experience and mitigate exposure for our surrogates. Our collaborative approach to matching surrogates with high profile clients makes us unique in the industry. Most importantly, surrogate profiles, photos and confidential information are never posted online or within a public database. Our matching process is very exclusive and profiles are only shared with a limited number of intended parents with like-minded attitudes and goals for the pregnancy. Our goal is to build a relationship between surrogate and intended parents that result in a very positive experience for all involved parties and to make certain all parties are comfortable with a fair and equitable surrogacy arrangement that we establish prior to embryo transfer.
