Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

I am interested in being a gestational surrogate to an individual or couple privately. The reason I would like the opportunity to be a surrogate mother is because while we, ourselves, are not seeking to have another child or add to our family, I'd like the opportunity to give to someone else what our son has given to us, which is the greatest joy & blessings in life & a complete family. I am healthy & had an enjoyable pregnancy with no complications & a vaginal birth. Being that we waited & I am now 32, I would like to be a surrogate mother within the next year and a half in order to avoid possible complications that can arise after age 35.

Description of myself:

I am a happily married woman to a wonderful husband & the proud mother to a happy & healthy nine month old son, who are the loves of my life. My husband & I have been together for 10 years & have a very stable marriage & home. We own our own home located in east Texas. We chose to not start a family until we were in our thirties & I am currently 32 years old. I feel blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom because our son is our whole world, our everything.

My letter to intended parents:

Dear Potential Parent(s): Please consider me to provide the womb in which to carry your child. It is true what they say that children are truly a blessing from God. I know the process can be long, but it is worth the wait. The moment that your child is born is the most momentous occasion you will ever experience in life & seeing & holding your baby for the first time, it is also true what they say that you instantly fall in love at first sight. I know by being on this site, you are unable to carry a child yourself; however, I do not believe that carrying a child is what makes you a parent. It is what happens after that child is born & the love & responsibility you feel for this new little life as their parent(s).
