Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
I recall my first thoughts of surrogacy, perhaps before it was so common... I was staring into the sleepy face of my brand new baby girl while we rocked and nursed, completely awestruck by God's amazing and beautiful craftsmanship. I was so in love with her that I couldn't imagine having been without her just 5 days earlier. She now consumed my life and my thoughts and had filled my heart to overflowing. Out of that overflow came my first desire to share such a blessing with another woman. That desire grew over time and many years later, I did. I would like to take that journey one more time with one more couple.
Description of myself:
I am an experienced traditional surrogate (x1) with four children of my own. I have a healthy lifestyle, healthy BMI, active, clean foods, no drugs or alcohol, etc. I prefer the more natural processes of a traditional surrogacy arrangement over the dangers/complications associated with the IVF process. On the business end of matters: I am pro-life and can not agree to reductions, terminations or abortion procedures by any name. I will work with a heterosexual married couple. I prefer to work apart from an agency but I'm certainly not opposed to the guidance and protection of a quality 3rd party reproduction attorney.

My husband and I are looking for a Traditional Surrogate to help with starting a family. I read through your profile and I agree to no medications. We want to use a procedure called IUI, as opposed to IVF. The procedure follows the ovulation cycle of the surrogate and at peak ovulation the sperm is injected into the uterus. We prefer not to have the surrogate use medication, and the procedure we have chosen is called the IUI Procedure ( Intrauterine Insemination ). The procedure follows the ovulation cycle of the surrogate and when at peak, sperm is injected into the uterus, near the fallopian tubes. The doctor we use is in Wexford, PA.
