Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

I was a GS for my mother's best friend and her husband 2 years ago; they have a healthy, beautiful baby boy now. I want to do it again because it was a really great experience. I am also looking forward to an opportunity to scale back my work week to part time and continue my education.

Description of myself:

I'm an artist, and I also have an entrepreneurial spirit. I get bored fairly easily and am always looking for some new creative venture. My son is my greatest joy.

My letter to intended parents:

I am 28 years old, I have a nearly 3-year-old son, and I am an experienced (1 time) surrogate. I am willing to travel for interviews and medical appointments, and/or temporarily relocate back to California, as needed. Though I maintain a permanent residence in So Cal, I am currently living in San Jose, Costa Rica. For my 1st surrogacy journey, I remained in Costa Rica for most of the pregnancy (which saved my IPs a considerable amount of money on prenatal medical care costs), but flew to San Diego at 36 weeks for delivery. Initial exams, evaluations, legal meetings and the embryo transfer were all done in San Diego. I am a single mom, but I have tremendous support from family and friends. I work from home and hope to use the opportunity of a 2nd GS journey to scale back to part time and continue my education.
