My letter to intended parents:

I’m almost 39, this july will be our 20th wedding anniversary  We have 2 children Troy Jr will be 13 in June, and Tasia is 9 ½ a September baby I did have some unexplained infertility and my husband and I are fully aware of the challenges that most couples face during the infertility journey and I am willing to help any couple have their dream come true but those folks that have struggled hold that special place in my heart. My husband and I met when I was 17 (he is 9 years older then I) and were not very careful shall we say…I married him when I was 19….still knowing in my brain that we didn’t get pregnant in 2 years my young brain said…”musta been lucky” hahaha we continued living our lives and growing our future baby steps at a time, having fun together ect. I have always worked here at the hotel but I also pursued other dreams and I became a veterinary technician working two full time jobs for about 5 years…loved every minute of it…. I think I brought up infertility for the first time with my OB when I was 21…thinking finally 4 years of not conceiving was defiantly odd at that point…but the ob didn’t do anything except draw blood work….say everything was fine…and I felt dismissed…..but still it wasn’t on the top of my priority list so didn’t think of it….same thing happened when I was 22…… When it was time for my yearly exam at age 23, I got a letter ob retired…need to find a new dr….of course working two jobs I didn’t have much time for that hahaha Then it happened…my WHOLEEEEE life took a turn for the good bad ugly…. You name it….times changed hahaha As I mentioned I worked two jobs…so my eating habits were probably not the best and maybe stress on the body ect…. I was late for my af…not realllly uncommon for that age I could be late up to 4 days at times….it came…or so I thought it came? I bled for about 8 days and it was not normal? Then it stopped….didn’t think anything of it…..but my right side was crampy, achy and hurting…..8 days later I started bleeding AGAIN…defiantly caught my attention now…..someone said “take a test” just to rule it out so if I had to see a dr I would know…..it was +++++++++…..this was my first time and I know something was not going well but didn’t know what…I called planned parenthood right away as I didn’t have my new dr yet…they were awesome took care of me….they drew blood (now I know for the beta #) and have me come back in 2 days to do it again…my numbers barley moved…they called me and said they believed I was having an ectopic pregnancy and that I needed care immediately….they know I didn’t have a dr yet and they called a dr for me and I was seen right away….u/s confirmed the ectopic and I was able to take a medication to dissolve it…the dr they had put me in touch with listed to my above story and he said to me we would find out what my issues were and we would go step by step and not spend a lot of time on each…..so my steps are listed below short version I feel like I’m rambling sorry if I am 1) Heal from ectopic 2) Xray of tubes-we were checking to see if ectopic did any damage….it did not so right tube looked great….left tube however was folded up would have never conceived a baby if I ovulated with this tube….wow first thing to be noticed in a short time with this dr…I was so happy for something hahaha 3) Laparoscopic sx- to at least fix the left tube and to poke around while he was inside already-WOW then we found out I had endometriosis….dr said I either have a high tolerance to pain or my only symptom was infertility 5 hours later he cleaned it all out for me  and fixed my tube  I love this guy! He says when you feel good enough to do the deed do so 4) 3 months after sx I get another +++++++++++++ test 5) Miscarried at 6 weeks or so   (I’m about 24 now) 6) I ask the dr if I should have my cervix stitched up the next time I become pregnant since it takes so long for me to get pregnant, he didn’t laugh at my silly desperate question but promised me my miscarriage was “normal” and if my journey wasn’t already 7 years long I wouldn’t feel like this 7) Baby step…take clomid ( I think) and see if my body makes good sized embies….yes it does confirmed via u/s 3 failed cycles (although meds DID work) 8) 3 failed “rest” clycles 9) IUI with clomid….yayyyy husbands swimmers can now be tested…they were amazing  at this point I wanted to blame someone else hahaha 3 failed cycles (meds still did the job) 10) IUI with ??? I think I took another med (oral) but forget…but again meds did job but 3 failed cycles 11) Rest cycle So at this point my insurance did not cover infertility (NH) but the owners also owned a hotel in MA and were changing to the insurance out of MA YAAYYYYY they had a law that HAD to cover infertility treatments…So I told the Dr this, and he said great…you’ve already done some pre required treatments…next step will be injectable fertility meds with IUI. So Dr says your cycle Day one should happen over said weekend…come in first thing Monday morning for baseline blood work…. I think af was supposed to come on Friday or Saturday….it didn’t….so for the heck of it…I took a test…it was ++++++++ (I’m 25 now) I remember going to the dr’s anyway on Monday morning since they were expecting me for blood work and I told them they had to do different blood work hahahaha So that was conceiving my son in the end naturally…..I had a healthy pregnancy….i didn’t even thing to believe it was real until 20 weeks +/- when I say him on the u/s (no morning sickness, still didn’t show, still didn’t feel him) It was just awesome, I knew how lucky I was! At first I wanted to wait 5 years in between baby’s but after the diaper stage I thought differently….however I was worried about paying for 2 kids in daycare…so after speaking my husband and I were mentally prepared for 2 kids in daycare for up to a year or so…but I was worried that it would take me a LONGGGGG time again so we thought well…let’s get some natural cycles in for a year before calling the doc….well in 2 barley even trying cycles my daughter was conceived OMG hahaha Again a very normal heathy pregnancy…. I stumbled across an ad for surrogacy during last summer….I had no idea there were placing that looked for people like me that may want to help someone have a baby…so that’s why I’m still new at this… Sorry I rambled on a bit….in any event I do want you to have your dream come true….with or without me….I want every IP’s dream to come true hahaha  I just know how hard it could be on all of you Bye for now…

New to this not sure how this works
Hi I'm Jenn I've been looking for a surrogate mother who is willing to help me make my dream come true of adding a new baby/babies to my family I am currently a single divorced mother of 3 2 boys 18 & 17 who have moved on their own and a 12 yr old daughter.I always wanted more children but I can't have anymore because in *** I was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus and had to have a hysterectomy which has crushed my dreams of being able to have more children.I'm not rich financially but I am rich with lots of love to give.I know there are some surrogates that will be as selfless as to give a blessing to an IP n not charge some outrageous prices and just want to make someone's dreams come true.Would you be interested in helping me with adding a miracle of life to my family.Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about anything not sure if my lingo / wording is correct Thanks for your time to get to know Me if I sound like a good match for u please feel free to contact me at *** or call/text *** thank you again

Surrogacy
Hi Amy, I wanted to reach out to you and discuss your interest in gestational surrogacy. I was a gestational surrogate about a year ago. When I was making the decision to become a surrogate, I found it very difficult to find people who were knowledgable in the area of surrogacy to ask questions to. This led to the formation of Vermont Surrogacy Network! I would love to chat with you and discuss gestational surrogacy and answer any questions you have about the process. There is no pressure to work through our organization, I just wanted to reach out to you and offer my support.Being a gestational surrogate is an amazing journey and gift! Most sincerely, Jes Stumpf Vermont Surrogacy Network *** *** *** ***
