Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
I have been thinking about surrogacy for many years. I had wonderful pregnancies and loved every minute of them. Surrogacy would come and go from my mind, but was always in my heart. My best friend was struggling to conceive and I had told her that if need be, I would carry for them. Something recently told me that it was time for me to pursue this more and I have begun my journey to finding the intended parents I was meant to serve. To my amazement, my best friend called the same week to share she was expecting! Now, more than ever, I am sure that this is the time for me to help someone create their family.
Description of myself:
I am a married, mother of four healthy children who keep us on our toes. I am an elementary general music teacher and can say I absolutely love what I do! I love photography, painting and reading. My favorite food is mashed potatoes. My favorite color is green. My favorite smell is Baby Magic baby lotion. I am 25 % Irish!!!
My letter to intended parents:
Holding each of my children were the most precious and amazing moments in my life. I had always wanted to be a mother, and could not fathom being without my family . What inspires me to be a surrogate is imagining this moment for you. This precious and amazing moment that you have waited so long to have. I am a teacher and coach and many times have shared that while being a good athlete and vocalist were great experiences, it means so much more to help someone else reach their goals. I believe this may hold a great likeness to being a surrogate.

I have weighed the idea of surrogacy heavily on my heart and mind for years. I am certain that this is something I need to offer at this time. I have a step daughter and 3 children of my own, and couldn't imagine never having the family I have.
