Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

Several weeks ago I massaged a women that was on her 3rd surrogate pregnancy journey. It intrigued me and I went right home and started researching as much as possible on surrogacy. I love helping people and have always felt a bit guilty that as unprepared as I was for motherhood, I became pregnant so easily. I realize there are so many people that are happily married, very financially staple, and longing for a child. I was none of these things and it happened way to easy for me. While I am so glad I have my children and have found ways to make it work, I still felt guilty hearing stories from people that so deserved to be blessed with children also. This immediately felt like something I wanted to be able to do for someone else. I know I don't want any more children of my own but I enjoyed pregnancy and wouldn't mind doing it again for someone else. My financial situation is stable, but I don't have the money in savings I should and have student loans I would love to be able to pay down before my own son starts college in two years. This really seems like a chance for me to help someone else gain the joys of parenthood and hopefully allow me to put away a small cushion for my own family. It seems like a blessing for everyone involved.

Description of myself:

I am a single mother of a 5 and 16 year old girl and boy. Being a single mother is not always easy, but it is the best thing that has or will even happen to me. I am a big kid at heart and enjoy doing fun activities with them. We love the beach, amusement parks, museums, and going to the movies. I am a bit of a disney freak and I try to take the kids on disney cruises or to disney world when ever money allows. I enjoy gardening, learning, movies, books, being crafty, planning trips, having family game nights, and just spending time with the kids. I work at a day spa part time doing massages, waxing, and facials. I am also finishing up school part time for esthetics. I have a soft spot for animals. We have Himalayan cats and recently acquired a baby tortoise. We live in a condo, but hope to have a yard for a doggy one day. I am a happy person that is always smiling. I have great common sense and consider myself a good judge of character. I am a bit sarcastic but can be pretty funny and a bit goofy at times. I have a great ability to get along well with a wide range of personalities/ people. I am an open book that will tell you anything honestly.

Hello! Thanks for reading this and considering me to carry your little miracle or miracles. I am new to all of this but very excited to go on this journey with you. I will treat your growing baby just as I did my own and am really wanting an ip that wants to be very involved with the pregnancy.
