Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
My mother was a surrogate mother 2 times. I've always admired her for this, and I've always desired to follow in her footsteps. Having a family is the ultimate dream and, having had some infertility issues myself before finally getting pregnant, I know how hard it can be to not have the thing you dream of the most. Ive had the pleasure of getting to know the couple my mom helped and to see their family finally complete filled my heart with joy. I want to help give someone their missing puzzle piece that is a baby.
Description of myself:
I am a very positive and upbeat person. I'm a stay at home mom who LOVES her job. I enjoy teaching my daughter about life and watching her grow. I'm a writer in my free time. And I have a passion for all animals, having worked for several veterinary hospitals.
My letter to intended parents:
Dear Potential Parents, My name is Madison Warrick and I am happily married with one child, a daughter, Breanna. I live in Rio Rancho, NM with my family, plus two cats and a dog. We have a lovely life here. When I was growing up, my mother became a surrogate. I've seen the process first hand and found it beautiful. Being able to help someone have a family that they've been trying, fighting, and longing for is something that puts a fire in my belly. When I got to witness this, through my mom, I knew it was something I always wanted to do. I am no stranger to infertility as I experienced some of this myself when trying to conceive my daughter. They should give you a book when you start trying to have a family, that includes the pitfalls as well as all the good things you hear. I wasn't prepared, and someday I'm going to write that book for others because it's so important to know what to expect. But first, I want to do my part to help. I want to help give someone that love, that missing puzzle piece. A child is everything, and nobody should have to miss out on that beautiful experience of parenthood if they're ready.
