Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
When I got pregnant with my daughter I didn’t know what to expect, I was both scared and excited to go through this new endeavor. As my pregnancy progressed I fell in love with the fact that soon I’d be a mother to a beautiful baby girl. I read stories on couples who had tried to make a family but struggled to. I felt lucky to be able to conceive my daughter naturally but at the same time I felt for the people who struggled as well. Somewhere by my 5th month of my pregnancy I had the idea of becoming a surrogate mother. I educated myself on the process of becoming a surrogate mother, I want to be a surrogate mother for those families who can’t have kids but want to experience parenthood. The feeling of being able to give the gift of life to a family that cannot do it on their own brings me such joy and accomplishment.

My husband and I are currently seeking someone to carry our next child.We currently have four frozen embryos and obviously want to begin immediately.Lol this is negotiable.I am 32 and my husband 33 and we have one amazing little boy named Bentley who has changed our lives and who truly is “our greatest adventure.” Our pregnancy was mostly normal besides the constant nausea I never would’ve dreamed what happened could happen to us.I don’t want to bore with any unnecessary or gory details so I will briefly explain.My water broke 3 days before Bentleys due date, I wasn’t admitted until almost 12 hours later.I did get the epidural and could only push every so often when I could feel what I was doing.Finally baby was becoming distressed and mom was getting a fever so Doc ordered emergency csection.Not even that was normal, right after procedure I looked for him and waited to feel his skin on mine, I only heard one loud scream then just rustling around.I became very sick for some reason and my husband and baby were escorted out of the room.For six hours they worked to save my life from excessive blood loss, they gave me the blood transfusion but had to remove the uterus to save my life.When I woke up I was told about the surgery and how my family and brand new beautiful baby waited silently but thankfully they saved my life (I did not feel this way at first).We have been through a lot my little family of 3, my body is healed but I am missing my babies and I know we are destined for more, we have more to give.I can’t stand the thought that Bentley won’t grow up with siblings or that he may ever feel responsible for what happened. As agencies may seem to offer some kind of security, they only care about the bottom line, which are their profits. Please be weary of agencies and do your due diligence. They will offer you something that may seem appealing and if you do the research, they charge astronomical fees to couples who wish nothing but to have a child of their own making it nearly impossible. I have been there and experienced this.
