Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

My husband and I have completed our family and want to be able to help a family with the first chapter in their child's life.Both my pregnancies with our children were wonderful without any complications.Being a parent has brought so much joy into our lives and I want to help another family enjoy that without complications. I began my surrogacy journey in January *** on this surrogacy site where we met a wonderful couple from Colorado looking to expand their family.After getting to know each other making sure we were a match, we did background checks and a home visit with them.We followed through with negotiations and legal agreements.My husband and I traveled to their clinic in Colorado where we both went through the one day work up screening, mental and physical from their clinic.After their approval we flew back again and did the transfer where I became pregnant.The couple only had the one transfer and unfortunately their was a genetic abnormality in the embryo that resulted in a blighted ovum miscarriage at eight weeks.We are still very close friends with them and they have offered to be a reference for any future intended parents. My second surrogacy journey started December *** when we meet a wonderful family from New Jersey.The family had one daughter already but the mother could no longer carry and the wanted to have a sibling for her.We went through the same screening process as we did for the previous couple.(Background checks, legal contracting, etc) After all the legal and clinic approval we did the transfer of their one and only embryo they had in June *** became pregnant with their healthy daughter.Again I had a textbook normal pregnancy and gave birth via water birth at the hospital 5 days before her due date February ***. On my third surrogacy journey we meet a marvelous couple living in DC.We quickly became friends and began our journey together.I became pregnant with their child March *** and gave birth to their lovely daughter that November. I look forward to meeting another family to help with their journey to parenthood.

As an Intended Parent you have been through a lot to get to this point in your lives. Whether you are just starting your search or have been looking for a long time, it is a long journey that I would love to help you complete. I live in a surrogacy friendly state, and willing to travel to your clinic. I live very close to a state-of-the-art hospital, with staff that have experience with surrogates/gestational carriers and have been wonderful to work with during my past journeys. They are willing to answer any questions and even give a personal tour of their facilities. I look forward to getting to know you through this journey together.
