Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We will never give up hope and pray one day we are blessed with a child. I can't imagine how wonderful it is to be called mommy and experience all the beautiful things that come with a child. Our life will be complete when we are blessed with a child. There is nothing we want more. It's easy to get discouraged when you try so many options but are never able to hear those 2 amazing words "Your pregnant" but we will never give up hope and we pray that one day we are blessed with a child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I met 8 years ago and we were married a year later and have been head over heels ever since. We have been trying for 7 years for a baby with no luck. I haven't even been able to get pregnant. We want a child more than anything else in this world. We both have so much love to give and know we will be amazing parents if we are ever blessed to have one. We have tried so many options but havent had any luck. I would give anything to experience having a child and I pray that one day, we are blessed with one

First of all I want to say how wonderful and amazing you are that you would help another couple who cannot conceive be able to have the greatest blessing there is, a child. You are truly an angel.
