Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

6 years ago was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis. I also have block tubes, fibroids and a lot of adhesion which makes it very difficult to become pregnant. Have done 2 IVF sessions which were not successful. Due to the failed IVFs, blocked tubes & my fibroids we are turning to surrogacy as our hope for a family that we so badly desire. We currently have 2 frozen "emblems" (embryos) and are looking for someone to provide a safe home for our emblems for 9 months

Hello, My husband and I have been together for over 15 years (high school sweethearts) who always knew that one day we wanted to have kids and thought that it will just "Happen" when we were ready. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 Endometriosis and later found out I have bilateral block tubes and fibroids. After 3 surgeries to remove endometriosis and 3 failed IVFs we've decided to look into finding a surrogate to hopefully fulfil that desire of wanting kids. Our dream is to have a family with kids being part of it and we are hoping that our dream will become a reality Look forward to connecting with surrogate mothers!! Love you guys!! Leah
