Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband & I want to have another child, or two but due to hysterectomy during my C-section when I was giving birth to my daughter, I can no longer carry another child. The doctor had to remove my uterus because of its heavy & continuous bleeding. This is the reason why my husband & I are looking for a healthy , experienced & a kindhearted gestational mother.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a 33 year old mother of a 2 year old girl. I am married to my High School sweetheart. My husband & I are both Christians. We love our daughter so much. We want to complete our family by having one or two more children.
