I am sole practitioner attorney based in Castle Rock, Colorado.My law practice is limited to Assisted Reproductive Technology Law (ART law) and Estate Planning. Approximately 90% of my practice is focused on ART law. Since *** I have completed more than *** ART law contracts including egg, sperm and embryo donation, surrogacy and other related contracts.I have also successfully obtained more than *** pre-birth and post-birth parentage orders from the Colorado Courts for intended parents whose surrogate delivered in Colorado. I have a special expertise in health insurance law. I hold B.A.Degree from Rutgers University; a Master of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University and a Juris Doctor Degree from The University of Denver College of Law. My work experience includes more than 20 years as in house legal counsel for hospital management companies and large urban medical centers.
